1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ComicSaasPOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that entity. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
ComicSaasPOS is a business management platform offering point-of-sale, inventory management, sales and purchase tracking, accounting, human resources management, and related tools. Features, functionality, and limits vary depending on your selected subscription plan. We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Using ComicSaasPOS
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties outside the scope of your subscription; or use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functioning. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payments
ComicSaasPOS is offered under various subscription plans, each with its own pricing, billing cycle, and usage limits, as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
6. Free Trial Policy
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, unless you cancel before it expires, you may be required to select a paid plan to continue using the Service, or your account and associated data may become inaccessible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests.
8. Data, Privacy & Security
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. You retain ownership of the business data you input into ComicSaasPOS (such as products, sales records, and customer information). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate and for complying with any data protection laws applicable to your business.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding data you input), is the property of ComicSaasPOS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service; you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComicSaasPOS and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns or disputes informally — most issues can be resolved quickly this way. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, these Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [City, Country], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
