Privacy Policy
We believe privacy policies should be readable by actual humans. Here’s exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Who We Are
ComicSaas (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a SaaS platform providing IPTV subscription management tools for resellers. We operate the ComicSaas platform accessible at Comicsaas.fr.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1 — Account Data When you register:
– Username
– Email address
– Password (hashed — never stored or visible in plain text)
2.2 — Customer Data You Enter When you add your customers:
– Full name
– Email address
– Phone number (optional)
– Country (optional)
2.3 — Technical Data Collected automatically when you use the platform:
– IP address
– Browser type and version
– Operating system
– Pages visited and actions taken
– Login timestamps and session duration
This data is used only for security monitoring and platform performance. It is never sold or used for advertising.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to operate and improve ComicSaas:
– To create and maintain your account
– To display data on your dashboard
– To send important platform or security notices to you
– To respond to your support requests
– To detect and prevent unauthorized access or fraud
– To improve platform performance and fix bugs
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not share it except as described in Section 5.
4. Your Customers’ Data
When you use ComicSaas, you enter personal data about your own customers. This data belongs to you. ComicSaas acts as a data processor — we only touch your customers’ data to deliver the service you’ve configured.
This means:
– You are responsible for having a legal basis to collect your customers’ data
– You are responsible for informing your customers that their data is stored and processed
– We use your customers’ data only to operate the features you use (sending emails, showing subscription status, triggering alerts)
– We never contact your customers directly
– We never use your customers’ data for any purpose beyond delivering ComicSaas’s features to you
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Our security measures include:
– All passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption
– API keys and SMTP credentials are stored encrypted at rest
– All data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS
– Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only
– We conduct regular security reviews
No system is completely immune to breaches. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact us.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active.
If you close or delete your account:
– Account data and settings are permanently deleted within 30 days
– Customer subscription data is permanently deleted within 30 days
– Certain data may be retained longer if required by applicable law

7. Cookies
ComicSaas uses only essential cookies — the minimum required to keep you logged in and maintain your session securely. We do not use:
– Advertising cookies
– Tracking or analytics cookies
– Third-party marketing cookies
Blocking cookies in your browser may prevent parts of the platform from functioning correctly.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Right to Correction — Ask us to correct any inaccurate data
Right to Deletion — Ask us to permanently delete your data
Right to Restriction — Ask us to pause processing your data
Right to Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format

9. Children’s Privacy
ComicSaas is a business tool intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has registered an account, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
ComicSaas may contain links to third-party websites such as your IPTV provider panels. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any external site. We recommend reading their privacy policies before submitting personal data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do:
– The “Last updated” date at the top will change
– Significant changes will be communicated by email or via an in-platform notice
– Continued use of ComicSaas after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
